Any orders including bespoke orders will incur a 50% charge if your order is cancelled due to the raw materials being purchased upon the creation of your order.  

RETURNS

RETURN PROCESS

All faulty items will be replaced by Arabella Designs, please contact the team if you have any questions.

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@arabelladesigns.co.uk, and we will provide specific instructions for your items.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If mailing, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your item. For larger items, we can provide a list of trusted couriers for you to use.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
