All of our sofas are delivered by a two man team which we will arrange with you prior to your delivery.

All of our sofas are handmade to specification and we have a 4 - 6 weeks lead time from your order to delivery.

We take great care with our shipping solutions to ensure your sofa arrives in perfect condition, we do ask that in the rare occasion there are any imperfections or damages must be reported back to us within the first 48 hours after delivery.

Our products are delivered using recycled packaging, helping to reduce waste without compromising on protection. Thoughtfully packed, safely delivered, and kinder to the planet.

Please note that we do not undertake any electrical work as part of our installation service.

If you choose to include socket cut-outs, lighting, or any other feature requiring electrical connections, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any necessary wiring, cabling extensions or electrical alterations are completed by a suitably qualified electrician.

Our installation will accommodate the agreed cut-outs or lighting positions, but we are not responsible for extending, relocating or connecting electrical wiring or cabling.
